Ingredients
- 400g linguiune
- Olive oil
- 10 garlic cloves, diced
- 2 tsp chilli flakes
- 30g fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 lemon, squeezed

Method
- Bring a saucepan of water to the boil and salt generously. Boil linguine as per cooking instructions on pack.
- Heat 2 tbsp of olive oil in a pan, then add garlic and chilli flakes. Cook on a low heat until golden-brown.
- Drain the linguine but save half a cup of the pasta water. Add the linguine, pasta water and a pinch of salt to the pan with the garlic and mix well on a high heat.
- Take off heat and stir in parsley and lemon juice until well-combined.
- Add parmesan, salt and pepper to taste.
- Finish by drizzling with as much olive oil as your heart desires!
